Smuggler

Each day after school Cole comes home, takes off his shoes, dumps out a small pile of colorful pebbles and gives them to me.  My little stinker picks up these gems from the playground and smuggles them in his shoe because they are not allowed to bring anything from the playground back into the school and this is the only way he can get past the security check.  Keep in mind, Cole has midmorning recess so he keeps these rocks in his shoes for at least another 1.5 hours during lunch and the remainder of the day.  When I asked him why he keep putting rocks in his shoes he said, "You do special things for me so I want to give you something special." Awwwww.   He may be a stinker, but he is a sweet stinker and I love him.
