Dart Wars

Our Mountain Springs Awanas program hosted a nerf gun dart war Friday evening. For 3 hours kids played Capture the flag, Where's the Cheese, Virus, Sharks and Minnows, shot targets and play other games. The church provided a what seemed like a million darts for the kids to use, arranged stacks of church chairs all round the sanctuary as places to hide and let the kids go wild! All you had to do is bring a gun and show up. It's activities like this I love so much. Church was such a vital part of my life growing up and it was fun activities like these which kept me excited and coming back for more. I hope my kids see the fun in learning about God and get hooked on Christ.
