Last week, the boys and I made chocolate chip cut out Halloween cookies. Now that I have embraced the pastry bag and decorating tips, I think our baked goods look a heck of a lot better than before. Our cookies were cutely cut out into bats, crescent moons, ghosts, scary cats and pumpkins. However after being baked they morphed into unidentifiable blobs. I pulled out the decorating equipment and suddenly our cookies came back to life again! I decorated some and Case decorated the rest. Sometimes I feel like I am a pretty good mama.
