Cole's 5 Year Update

Who is my beautiful boy Cole? In case you don't know him, he is 41.5" tall and weighs 35 lbs. He is in the 10% range for his age. Cole is a brave defender who will help those in need even if it means he ends up becoming the target. How many times has Case hollered for help while being tickled by Cody and Cole comes charging in no questioned asked to save the day. Of course, Cole ends up in Cody's tickle torture while Case runs away free, but Cole with take the torture every day of the week for his brother. In fact, if Cody is tickling me, Cole charges. 5 years old and he will take on a grown man kicking and swinging. My hero! (I can only hope and pray he doesn't join the military). Cole is a LOVER. He gives hugs, kisses and rubs (cheek rubs) every time I leave the house. And he randomly kisses me or tells me he loves me at least 5 times a day. When he grows up, he wants to be a baby because he wants to be little, sweet and tiny enough to be held/cuddled all day.  Plan B profession is a pilot. As much as I love his cuddles, I'm pulling for the latter profession because a 34 year old man sitting in his mamas lap rubbing cheeks just seems weird. He is a story teller who tells tall tales with great detail. He is creative and artistic. He still sneaks tiny rocks from the playground at school to give me as love tokens on a weekly basis. Cole loves playing with his brother but plays very well by himself. He can play with his cars, animals, people for hours without a peep. Cole is also my helper.  He is the first to set the table, volunteer to cook dinner or run errands all day if we have to do so. And if you need something he will run up and down the stairs 100 times getting things for other people with a smile on his face.  Seriously, whats not to love?!
