Roxy Foxy

I have had Roxy Foxy, my silver Toyota Corolla for 10 years. The Corolla has been a good GOOD car.  She has lived with me in Oklahoma, Florida and Colorado.  She has driven 1,750,000 miles.  She has been in more fender benders than I can count (not all my fault, thank you very much). She gets amazing gas mileage. I have never spent more than 40 in gas to fill her up and normally only spend 25. She has been reliable and starts up when I ask her to and keeps going. Plus the car tag is cheap. Although I have held on to her for a long time and she has been good to me, I feel like I am finally ready to let her go sometime in the future. Her windshield is cracked and splintering in 4 places. The inside overhead light doesn't work, so when I get in the car at night its pitch black inside. The clock doesn't work so I carry a portable one with me in the passenger seat. I have scratches and dings and rust spots on the hood.  I've lost all my hubcaps. And as the boys get older and bigger she seems to shrink in size before my eyes. She was fine for babies but now that the boys are getting older they can barely get out of their car seats and out of the door because there is no room in the back to stand.  Rox foxy is great for me, but when you get any normal sized person sitting in the front seat i feel like I'm driving a clown car. I love my Roxy Foxy. I feel like she keeps me humble and i love how cheap she is! I used to just dream of a new car and say, wow that would be nice. But more and more I am seriously considering something new and weighing the pros and cons of months payments for a new fancy car vs Roxy Foxy and all her imperfections/tiny size. I haven't committed yet and I am still torn, but more and more I see myself in something new, clean and bigger in the future. So who wants to buy me a new car or put a downpayment on a new car for my birthday?
