Monster Fun

The weekend after school started we surprised the boys with tickets to a Monster Jam race. Monster trucks are very, very, very big in our house. We have no less than 30 different monster truck toys and watch monster truck races on tv whenever possible. The tickets were a big surprise I had been planning for months. Gravedigger, Madeusa, Max D, Zombie, El Torro Loco were the super stars we hoped to see in action. However this was apparently a B grade show and none of our favorites were present. Oh well. We still had fun. The jumps were high, the engines were loud, we stayed out late, a truck even lost a tire in action and we had a monster good time.
