Woodmen Valleys trunk or treat evening is always such a joy to attend. While the boys circled the trunks filled with candy, mama was the lifeguard on beach patrol. The boys love the interactive trunks with games like corn hole, football tossing and digging for goodies. My favorite trunk was the Mexican trunk complete with chips and salsa for the adults and apple juice shot glass rimmed with sugar and gummy worms in the bottom. Plus the detailed themes like camping, Star Wars, Christmas villages, Alice in Wonderland and spooky haunted trunks were visually fun to explore and produced several ooo's and aaaah's. And who doesn't love indoor bounce houses, games and hay rides?

School party chaos. How teachers do it, I will never know.

It was CRAZY hair day at school, so this is Case's version of CRAZY hair. Yes folks, styled hair is pretty crazy for our house.

Case is apparently experiencing a sugar high in this picture from all the classroom treats. Too bad there wasn't an extra cupcake for Cole to eat so he could join in the fun. Oh wait, for some strange reason I think Cole did end up getting one.

Cole decided to take a shark break for his school party and went as a dinosaur. The kids had to dress as a book character, can you guess what character he is imitating? T-Rex, of course.

The moment we have all be waiting for, it's game time. Trick or treating!

Assessing the loot.

Hot digggity. Finally, satisfaction granted.

Super cute sharks! What a great costume idea!
