Mother's Day 2013

Our trip to Palmer Lake to feed ducks and play in the water on Mother's day was changed to plan B after we got there and the lake was dried up. So we ended up finding a hiking trail not far from the dried up lake and took off on foot. As you can see, we were a tad ill prepared for an uphill hike. Case was wearing his best Hawaii duds and Cole was in sandals. Despite our inappropriate attire, it was a beautiful view from the top and we enjoyed our morning.  We finished off the afternoon with some trampoline fun and chalk art in the front yard.  This day wouldn't have been special without my boys. I am forever grateful to be blessed with them.
