The boys invited a couple friends over for a little backyard adventure
to show off our discovery from the day before.
Cora and Emmie came over for an afternoon hike. We walked along the dry creek bed behind the
house. The kids crawled through a giant
drainage pipe (aka: secret tunnel) and emerged in our walking field where we
were able to show our guests the HUNDREDS of fuzzy little black caterpillars
all over the ground. I don’t know what
they were or where they came from, but these little caterpillars provided a
bunch of fun for us and our company.
